Forehead thermometer, wash-free hand sanitizer: standard equipment for each class

In order to protect the health of students, each class is equipped with forehead thermometers and wash-free hand sanitizer. Medical staff in the school all wear protective clothing, masks, goggles and gloves. Disinfection and atomization equipment, ultraviolet sterilization lamps, red isolation tents, medical alcohol disinfectant, cotton tablets and other epidemic prevention materials are all available.

During the winter vacation, the school comprehensively screened the vacation itinerary and health status of teachers and students to ensure that there was no omission in health information tracking. At present, in order to prevent imported cases, teachers and students (especially foreign teaching staff) with travel records and physical abnormalities are followed up in real time.

Strict access control

The school gate is the first and most important check point of the school for epidemic prevention and control. After the beginning of the school year, personnel entering the school will undergo strict security check procedures on a daily basis. Two security guards are responsible for the temperature measurement by forehead thermometers, two cleaning supervisors monitor the use of wash-free hand sanitizer, and one school doctor is responsible for the review of abnormal body temperature. Teachers and students whose body temperature exceeds 37.2 ℃ are not allowed to enter the school.

In addition to monitoring its internal personnel, Hongwen School will implement stricter screening requirements for external personnel. Every distributor and driver who supplies food for the school canteen must provide a health certificate. All visitors must register with their real names, fill in the "Letter of Commitment for Health of Personnel Entering the School during the Epidemic Period" and perform body temperature measurement and hands disinfection before entering the school.

Professional property management in highest standards

Based on the relevant requirements of the Shanghai Education Commission, Hongwen School has implemented the strictest standard of "Three Disinfection and Three Washing" on the surface of objects. Shanghai Baiyue Property Service Co., Ltd., a professional property company owned by Far East Horizon, also sent more cleaning personnel to schools during the epidemic period.

Since February, Baiyue Property professionals have visited the campus many times to investigate the implementation of epidemic prevention measures on the spot, clean and disinfect the air conditioning filters and pipelines in the whole school, and control air purification devices in the public areas of the main building and indoor gymnasiums to effectively isolate bacteria and virus droplets spreading in the air.

Up to now, the school has carried out a comprehensive disinfection measures throughout the entire campus according to the disinfection standards after the start of school. Far East Horizon's self-owned vegetable garden, Gao Zexiang Garden, is located in Chongming Island, Shanghai. Adhering to the principle of "Safety, Ecology, High Quality and Health", it strictly controls the production process and cultivates vegetables in accordance with the national green vegetable standard.

During the epidemic period, Gao Zexiang Garden set up a separate Hongwen vegetable and grain direct supply base for Hongwen School, where vegetable are picked and delivered directly on the same day, providing the best ingredients to the children.
