Recently, Far East Horizon (the “Company”) has received reports that some criminals sent fake app installation links or QR codes purportedly from Far East Horizon to unwitting users by introducing part-time jobs and recommending click farming jobs, and released false information on the app to trick users into participating in its rebate investment and other activities. This has caused serious damages to the rights and interests of the unwitting users and our reputation. The Company solemnly declares as follows:

1.   Far East Horizon has not launched any app on wealth management, click farming or betting. Such apps and activities purporting to be initiated by Far East Horizon have nothing to do with Far East Horizon. The Company does not authorize or cooperate with any third party on such business. Similar investment activities purportedly from the Company are irrelevant to the Company, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for such fraud attempts and possible consequences arising therefrom.

2.   Engagement in business activities in the name of the Company shall be deemed as serious infringements. The Company reserves the right to take legal action to hold the infringers legally liable for such infringements.
